Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and observant professional to support our hiring and security processes by evaluating candidate behavior, psychological patterns, and potential insider risk. This role bridges human psychology and cybersecurity, ensuring that only trustworthy and suitable individuals are selected for critical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and behavioral interviews alongside HR and technical teams to assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate the psychological traits, decision-making patterns, and integrity of candidates.
- Identify potential insider threats by analyzing behavioral indicators, inconsistencies, or risk signals.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Engineering departments to define role-specific behavioral benchmarks.
- Perform pre-employment risk assessments using psychological and behavioral analysis techniques.
- Develop candidate profiling reports highlighting strengths, risks, and trustworthiness levels.
- Monitor and improve hiring processes to reduce the risk of malicious or negligent insiders.
- Provide recommendations based on behavioral risk scoring models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in psychology, behavioral science, criminology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of workplace behavior and personality assessment techniques.
- Knowledge of insider threat detection and human risk factors in organizations.
- Experience in structured interviews and candidate evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to detect deception, manipulation, or abnormal behavioral patterns.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
